To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@nervion-nervion.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like a refund. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with instructions for completing the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are limited to one per customer. Both opened and unopened bottles are eligible for refund within the guarantee period. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
